Due to our impressive performance in the automation of the public sector, Ingentive Technologies was tasked with the automation of Complaint Management System for Faislabad Wasa. Our primary job was to improve the complaint resolution process and to acheive that an ICT based complaint management system was developed which improved performance evaluation and monitoring mechanisms.
