Ingentive Technologies is proud to be assoicated with the World Bank. This was a large scale project issued by the World Bank for the PHED ( Public Helath Engineering Department) to develop a Web-based system which solicits feedback (through mobile SMS and or IVR/robocall) from beneficiaries of water schemes on services and performance of CBOs( Community Based Organisation). The system updates the feedback on a GIS map and informs the decision maker about the performance of the CBO and quality of services delivered to the beneficiaries. This system also incorporates the use of an Android application featured in the mobile projects.
